Jivanta Spaces was born from an instinct — the feeling that a well-designed space should do more than simply look good. It should feel right.
An engineering graduate with no family background in construction, interiors, design or business, my professional journey began in the hospitality industry. I went on to establish and operate different hospitality ventures, including a resto-bar, a South Indian delicacy/darshini and a coffee café. It was while working on the remodelling and development of one of these spaces around 2021 that I found myself increasingly drawn towards design, interiors and execution.

What initially began as an interest gradually became a strong inclination towards creating spaces of my own. In 2023, Jivanta Spaces began as a part-time venture, taking up projects primarily through references. Over time, that interest grew into a clear purpose, and in 2025, Jivanta officially evolved into a full-time design and execution business.

The idea behind Jivanta is simple. A space should have life.
There are certain places we enter where something feels different — a sense of calm, warmth, positivity or even something quietly divine. It isn’t always possible to explain that feeling through drawings, materials or measurements, but it is something we experience. That is the kind of feeling I want Jivanta to bring into the spaces we create.

Our approach is built around quality, transparency, customisation, clarity, accountability and thoughtful execution. One of the things that stood out to me in the industry was how easily clients could become focused on package prices without fully understanding what they were actually receiving. I believe clients deserve to understand their space, their materials, their choices and their investment before making a decision.

At Jivanta, I remain personally involved in the outcome of every project. I am particular about the final result, patient and calm through the process, and firmly believe in practicality over virtual perfection. Design should inspire, but it must also work in real life.
Today, our focus is on creating refined commercial, retail, hospitality and residential spaces that balance luxury, comfort, functionality and individuality.

Our ambition is not simply to become another regular interior company in the market.

It is to build Jivanta as one of the most trusted brands in Karnataka and beyond — a company where clients can look back at their project and feel quiet the satisfaction that they made the right decision in choosing us to build their space.
